• Users should consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• We make no guarantees about analysis accuracy

3. User Content and Images

Regarding images you upload to lumino.skin:

• You grant us and our service providers (including Anthropic) the right to process your images
• You retain all rights to your uploaded content
• Images are processed temporarily and not permanently stored
• You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• We reserve the right to refuse processing of any content

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our payment processing is handled through secure payment providers:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Subscription charges are automatically renewed unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and include all applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period
